About Nathan Telep
I am an Associate in the Dallas office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team. I focus my practice on aviation and rail finance.I have experience representing servicers, operating lessors, finance companies, institutional lenders, private equity firms and other investors in a variety of transaction structures, including sale-leaseback transactions, asset-backed securitizations, warehouse loan facilities, Rule 144A and Regulation S capital markets offerings, including those involving syndicated equity, and other structured financings, joint ventures, U.S. and cross-border operating leases and servicing arrangements. I also have experience representing clients in complex mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, licensing transactions and various transactional matters involving the acquisition, divestiture, leasing, operation and general management of oil and gas interests and assets. I have experience representing oil and gas companies in most phases of the energy and oil and gas industries and also assist clients in a range of general corporate matters, including entity formation and restructuring, drafting board and shareholder resolutions, annual report filings and drafting various employment-related agreements and documents.I was selected by my peers for inclusion in the 20••••24 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in the Corporate Law category, in the 2022 Super Lawyers: Louisiana Rising Stars list and in the 2023 and 2024 Super Lawyers: Texas Rising Stars list.
