I have been working in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry for over 25 years. My new role is Operations Director with Antidote LDN. Antidote provides luxury health, fitness and wellbeing services to corporate and residential clients.We deliver on-site, various 121 services and wellbeing events through B2B accounts and I also have experience with B2C services.I am also working on new business and consultancy projects for Antidote. Prior to this I was working for Nuffield Health for over 15 years in Corporate Wellbeing. Championing the advancement of health and wellbeing, my role at Nuffield Health entailed collaborating with key corporate clients to develop and implement robust wellbeing strategies. With a focus on relationship development and healthcare sales strategies, our team\'s mission was to markedly enhance the health of communities across the UK.Our goal was to improve the health of the nation and we did this by improving the wellbeing of our clients and their employees.In 2024 I was doing more cross selling, business development and projects with existing and new clients. I was able to build good relationships with my clients, stakeholders and within my company to make sure I hit my targets and get the job done. In 2024 I renewed / won £27 million of business. I have also worked on various multi-million pound well-being, fitness and clinical refurbishment and mobilisation projects.
