As part of a PBH Surveys, our dedicated planning team have the ability to plan all your track access requirements to the Railway Infrastructure including the provision of safe system of work packs Trained and competent up to ES with a wealth of experience in possession planning for Maintenance, Renewals, Third parties and Network Rail planning. Leading a dedicated planning team and Planning of survey work covering the whole of the UK network. Managing the track access and co-ordinating access on behalf on various clients including Babcock\'s and Network Rail.

A Railwayman of 25 years now, having worked as a signaller, planner of isolations and track access. Fully qualified ES and COSS and SSOWS planner and only just relinquished my PICOP certification. Worked for Network Rail/Railtrack for over 15 years as well as large and small contractors being Colas Rail, MDA Rail and now PBH Rail. Extensive knowledge of possession planning, delivery and all associated rules with an in depth understanding of the different planning requirements nationally to enable track access to be secured on the UK rail network.
