This includes securing funding, solution selection, contract negotiations, team staffing, management of budgets exceeding $1.2MM, execution against tight timelines, solution design development and testing, training, transitioning of solution support, and over communication of status. o Successful solution implementations include:• SAP ECC, WEBI, and HANA Enhancement – addition of new fields to MRO purchasing SAP ECC screens and corresponding WEBI and HANA reports impacting 200+ users. New field and reports meant to capture and drive compliance Kraft Heinz Purchasing Policies • Global Ariba Supplier Portal – Portal used by 500+ global suppliers to receive and respond to Kraft Heinz Purchase Orders. Project included the testing, communication, and training for all suppliers as well as 1500+ internal employees using this tool.• Kiodex Risk Management Solution – Tool used to track material prices, recommend a buy vs hold purchasing position, and make purchases off international commodities markets. • Inflation Tracker Monitoring Tool – Tableau based tool used by Finance to capture and analysis global inflation rates. Data used by Procurement to assist with budgeting and contract negations o Led all organization change initiatives for North America, South America and European implementations of wall to wall SAP. Responsibilities include multi language supplier communications, large scale training deployment, stakeholder and change management, and internal Executive communication support.
