I used my dynamic skills to launch the first licensed dispensary in the City of Las Vegas and provide effective operational management across more than 20 business entities across the US. In response to nation-wide seed to sale software failure, I orchestrated multiple disciplinary proficiencies to develop, implement, and maintain an Enterprise Resource Planning system that is now used across all cannabis and non-cannabis businesses in the company portfolio. I developed the first infused beer prototype and conducted research and development on over 100 other innovative products. To facilitate growth, I prepared applications for new cultivation, production, and dispensary licenses and remain a trailblazer in this evolving industry. For the last several years, I have focused on laboratory testing, bringing a more than four-fold increase in revenue to MA Analytics within the first year alone. As the Operations Director, I am responsible for both the facility management and business operations as a whole.
