Identified and met with potential clients, establishing effective communication throughout the on-boarding process, resulting in successful client partnerships.Manage and lead a team of 26 members, organized into 4 student teams, ensuring collaboration, communication, and efficient workflow.Maintain regular communication with account and project managers to ensure client expectations are met and deadlines are achieved for our four clients. Host and lead weekly meetings to facilitate communication, share updates, and address any challenges or roadblocks within the agency.Clients: Hotel Eleo, Hippodrome Theatre, Rush Bowls, First Magnitude Brewing Co.
