My career has been built on a foundation of hands-on fieldwork, progressing into leadership roles where I now serve as Head Estimator for a well-respected general contractor.I specialize in residential construction, with extensive experience estimating and managing projects valued at over $20 million. My background also includes commercial construction, where I supported large-scale projects such as banks, healthcare facilities, casinos, retail developments, and tenant improvements as a Project Manager Assistant.I thrive on turning complex ideas into well-executed builds by balancing precision in estimating, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. My goal is always the same: deliver quality, cost-effective projects that exceed expectations.In 2024, I co-founded My Smart COI Tracker, a web-based application created to solve a common construction problem I experienced firsthand. Tracking subcontractor certificates of insurance is critical but time-consuming, repetitive, and often pushed aside by more urgent jobsite demands.

   As Co-Founder of My Smart COI Tracker, mysmartcoitracker.com, I help General Contractors and construction teams eliminate one of the most time-consuming and risk-prone administrative tasks in the industry: tracking Certificates of Insurance.After years working in residential construction and estimating, I saw firsthand how COI tracking was treated as “important but never urgent.” Spreadsheets, email folders, and manual reviews consumed hours of time—yet still left room for costly oversights. Missing coverage, expired policies, and buried exclusions weren’t just administrative issues; they were real business risks.That experience led me to co-found and develop My Smart COI Tracker, a web-based application designed specifically for the construction industry. Our goal is simple: make COI tracking faster, clearer, and more reliable so contractors can protect their business without adding administrative burden.Today, I focus on building practical, user-friendly tools that reduce risk, save time, and support smarter decision-making for construction professionals.
