Rippleworks engages executive-level volunteers with deeply relevant experience to help ventures tackle their top operational challenges through short-term, high-impact projects. I have supported two projects since joining the Rippleworks community:In 2021, I worked with Bidhaa Sasa to improve their logistics capabilities including inventory forecasting, trucking, warehouse management and staffing, and KPI development.In 2022, I worked with SHRI (Sanitation and Health Rights in India) to improve their remote Operations Monitoring Systems in preparation for large scale facility expansions.
