Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry in both semiconductor industry and battery manufacturing environments. I\'ve worked to orchestrate groups of fellow engineers on process improvement projects, cost-saving efforts, project management, and ensuring deliverables are implemented on time and within budget. I have honed my strong communication skills to build and maintain trusted relationships and have been recognized as flexible and adaptive to the task at hand.My experience at GlobalFoundries led to me have an appreciation and understanding of manufacturing engineering, especially in the semiconductor industry, as well as opened my eyes to the sheer amount of knowledge I can learn and pick up on in such a short amount of time. I worked on increasing tool up time by implementing stricter planned maintenance schedules and kept budgets below target by second sourcing OEM parts and bringing reworks in house.My experience at Factorial Energy allowed me to continue my manufacturing career, bringing what I learned at GlobalFoundries to my new position. Here, I also designed and improved PM schedules, used my troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair battery manufacturing equipment, and started gaining more design experience by designing and optimizing different machines as well as new tooling and fixturing for the manufacturing processes.
