The position’s initial focus was on strengthening the organization’s cyber security stance as well as overall technical operations. Once the security risks and operations were satisfactory, the focus shifted to the digital transformation of the ecosystem. The transformation included deployment of CCaaS, migration of ERP system, EDI migration, both B2B and D2C websites migrations, as well as integration of Canadian subsidiary into the technical stack. To maintain the project timeline, took over the responsibility for all data migrations after SME’s time was forced elsewhere. • Digital transformation/migration -ERP – migration from on-prem Sage ERP to NetSuite Cloud -eCommerce (B2B, D2C) – migration from inefficient custom sites to robust purpose-built solutions-Voice Solution – Implemented Call Center as a Service solution replacing dated on-prem PBX-Payment Capture solution – Implemented integrated and PCI-compliant payment solution consolidating sales channel into a single platform-ISP – migrated service to accommodate additional cloud solutions and decreased annual spending. • IT department growth, process improvement, helpdesk, mentoring • Risk mitigation, MFA, patching, firewall reconfiguring, plan for and schedule decommission of EOL systems • Data scrub of over 200K unique product SKUs down to 50K • Technical Road-mapping • IT/IS Vendor audit
