As Director of Operations Technology, I am focused on building the foundations for Monogram’s digital and cultural transformation. My work centers on integrating Daily Management Systems (DMS), developing leaders in Continuous Improvement (CI) thinking, and partnering with IT to design scalable digital initiatives that align with business needs.Current Focus Areas:Daily Management Systems (DMS): Establishing and coaching adoption of systems such as Daily Direction Setting (DDS) to drive alignment, visibility, and accountability across multiple plants.Leadership Development: Actively coaching and consulting with plant leaders and supervisors to strengthen problem-solving skills, embed CI mindsets, and build sustainable leadership behaviors.CI Integration: Partnering with Continuous Improvement teams to weave structured CI practices into operations technology projects, ensuring digital tools support — not replace — people-driven improvement.IT/OT Convergence: Working with IT leadership to align infrastructure, governance, and data systems so that digital transformation efforts are secure, integrated, and business-focused.Digital Transformation Pipeline: Designing and piloting initiatives (MES, analytics, automation standards) that will evolve into enterprise-level projects improving efficiency, quality, and scalability.My role is not just about technology deployment — it is about developing leaders, connecting process with systems, and ensuring that digital transformation is anchored in people and CI culture.
