About Nathan Patterson

I am a very motivated individual with skills in business, real estate, construction, athletics, and team-oriented settings. As a collegiate athlete, I learned to be a great teammate, an effective leader, and to persevere during tough challenges. I can perform tasks under pressure and effectively solve problems. I am also a strong academic student maintaining a 4.27 GPA in High School and a 3.667 GPA in College. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Chapman University and will graduate in the Spring of 2022.I am looking to affiliate with a company in real estate, financial services, or an investment management company to work as an analyst or entry-level associate supporting Financial Analysis, Operations or Accounting. I have had a background in real estate and business, working in both residential and commercial real estate. I have experience conducting market research on different properties, reaching out to investors and property owners, and creating CMA\'s for specific properties. I also have a background in construction where I gained an overall understanding of the specifics of residential and commercial construction operations.
