I primarily focus on the construction and implementation of highly intuitive predictive models, currently specializing in customer service and accounts receivable management. My role includes extracting data from multiple data sources via our SQL server platform, and performing ad hoc analyses to formulate questions regarding work strategy and account management. If a particular problem is identified through data analysis, and a predictive model can assist in developing a more intelligent strategy, then a model will be trained and implemented to solve the use-case. I also partner with operations to assist in the deployment of any statistical data for measurement, key metrics, and predictive models. I assist in the construction and implementation of business intelligence and reporting that pertains to the use of performance trending and predictive metrics to allow operations to monitor call penetration, cure rates, and A/B test for optimization.
