As part of the NHS IT refresh project, I support the deployment, configuration, and delivery of new IT equipment across GP practices in Bradford. My role combines technical setup with on-site customer service to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption for end users.Key Responsibilities:* Create clear documentation for imaging, deployment, and printer setup processes to support consistent, repeatable rollouts.* Image, configure, and deploy new terminals, printers, and peripherals in alignment with organisational standards.* Deliver, install, and test new IT equipment on-site using company vehicles, ensuring functionality before handover.* Collect, record, and return decommissioned hardware for secure disposal or reallocation.* Provide front-line support and user guidance during installations to help staff adapt to new systems quickly.* Collaborate with the wider IT deployment and support teams to meet project timelines and maintain asset accuracy.
