Each academic year I manage a first-time freshmen applicant pool of students from Riverside County, Orange County, and the Bay Area, from inquiry to enrolled stages. I also have the opportunity to travel and recruit in these areas in various school visits and college fairs throughout the year. I counsel prospective students and families through the admissions and financial aid processes. Whether students are the first in their family to go to college or have a history of college graduates in their family, it is rewarding to share about the distinctives of California Baptist University and help them see if our school is the right fit for them. Each fall I am thrilled to see the students I worked with move in and start classes. I am even more joyful when I run into them throughout the school year and hear about their positive experiences at CBU.
