ABOUT NATHAN MELENDES
I am a fast learner and hard worker, deeply passionate about commercial real estate investment. As a finance student at Elon University, I am building a strong foundation in business and real estate principles, while actively seeking opportunities to deepen my knowledge and skills in this field. Through my coursework and experience with the Elon Commercial Real Estate Club, I’ve developed a solid understanding of investment strategies, market analysis, and financial modeling. Recently, I interned with Capital Circle Group in Berlin, where I assisted in market intelligence research, data analysis, and ESG initiatives. I thrive in collaborative environments, and I’m always eager to tackle new challenges, adapt quickly, and contribute value to the projects I’m involved in. In my own time, I enjoy the outdoors as some of my favorite hobbies are Striped Bass fishing in Boston Harbor and the surrounding waters, and skiing any mountain I get time to visit. I’m excited to continue learning and growing in the commercial real estate sector, especially within the realms of investment and brokerage.
