I’ve blended my leadership training and operational excellence from the military and GE with a more recent entrepreneurial focus stabilizing and growing the supply chain of two start ups. I have a reputation of connecting teams, horizontally leading and influencing others to exceed business goals.• Ran Operations for two start up energy storage companies and transitioned one to NASDAQ.• Led factories of 1,300+ union employees,$650M+ Cost of Goods Sold and $200M+ budgets.• Implemented and executed Sales & Operating Planning (S & OP) for a $10B+ P&L.• Owned strategic sourcing and procurement for a direct material buy of $500M+ and $1B+I think of my professional career in 4 cumulative development cycles. It begins with my core values and leadership skills forged by the U.S. Army and the leaders and soldiers I served with. This adventure taught me how to connect and inspire coworkers with diverse backgrounds and to lead by accountability and role modeling, not by positional authority.During the first half of my GE career I built domain expertise while leading teams. My natural curiosity and alignment to business level KPIs allowed me to lean in to adjacent functions and exploit my peer leadership skills developed in the military. I learned to lead without ego and that being right isn’t important, business results delivered with integrity are.The last half of my GE career focused on setting multi year strategies and balancing risk while fulfilling the quarterly demands of a publicly traded company in a complex, volatile market. I’ve learned to take on larger risks with higher payoffs and to be accountable for negative consequences and uncontrollable dynamics while growing into a team builder who trusts, but challenges.I am now in the most exciting phase of my career. My three years at EOS and IOXUS allowed me to work more hands on in smaller companies in start up and growth mode. I\'ve found my broad supply chain experience enables me to quickly add value to every function and my leadership style helps me to elevate the entire staff and organization. I\'ve had the opportunity to make immediate meaningful impact and accomplish great things like onshoring a supply chain, establishing a brown field factory, taking EOS public and scaling production over 10x.
