My name is Nathan Marson and I specialise in Crime Reduction through Youth Mentoring as a Diversionary Youth Mentor/Officer. Along with having hands on experience I have worked in partnership with local professionals regarding complex mentoring projects within SEN/PRU Schools, Actively involved in Child In need(C.I.N)/Child Protection plans(C.P) core group conferences, conducting home visits, as well as having checkable references/case studies to justify my competence as and when required.
