I am a proactive and detail-oriented high school student passionate about urban planning, transportation systems, and sustainable infrastructure design. My goal is to help shape communities that are safer, more efficient, and more connected, integrating engineering, planning, and architecture to improve how people move and live.Through hands-on experience in construction, engineering, real estate, finance, and municipalities, I’ve developed a practical understanding of how cities grow from concept to tangible object. From working with Paradigm Consulting Engineers on electrical layouts and code compliance to apprenticing with Pine Street Carpenters on residential builds, I’ve gained insight into how infrastructure, housing, and design intersect.My growing interest in traffic engineering stems from studying how street layouts, pedestrian safety, and roadway design influence accessibility and urban livability. I am particularly interested in walkable communities, multimodal transport design, and data-driven planning methods that reduce congestion and improve mobility equity.Currently, I’m seeking internships and mentorship opportunities related to urban planning, civil engineering, transportation design, and GIS-based infrastructure analysis.
