Most corporate learning has the same problem: content gets built, content gets launched, and by Monday it\'s forgotten. I spent 10 years in sales enablement watching this happen from the inside — sitting on the L&D side of the table, owning programs, dealing with vendors, and seeing firsthand what actually changes behavior versus what just checks a box. The difference almost never came down to the content itself. It came down to whether people learned together. That experience is why I joined Guild Academy.
