Innovative Asset Management: Managing advanced structural assessments (e.g, FWD/HWD, coring) and asset condition surveys for major infrastructures such as bridges, signage, drainage, and safety barriers. Active Travel Expertise: Leading the design and delivery of active travel schemes, including cycleways and pedestrian-focused infrastructure. Community-Focused Project Delivery: Driving stakeholder engagement through strategic communication plans, including public consultations, resident outreach, and social media updates. Lean Process Optimization: Conducting maturity assessments and process reviews to enhance efficiency across capital, routine, and reactive services.
