When I joined Axis Seed and started Axis Ohio three years ago, I had a clear vision for my goals. I created a detailed 5-year business plan and knew in my heart why I decided to risk going out on my own and starting my own company. However, I now realize I did not do a good enough job explaining those reasons to you.
