While triaging and responding to various security incidents across diverse industries, I- Leverage tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, GreyMatter, SentinelOne, Google Chronicle, Carbon Black, Devo, Exabeam, and others to continuously monitor and manage real-time security incidents- Conduct in-depth investigations into security breaches to identify root causes, assess potential impacts, and ensure comprehensive resolution- Contribute insights from red teaming activities to strengthen the blue team’s defensive strategies and improve overall security posture- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance threat detection and response tactics, continuously refining security strategies- Respond promptly to security alerts, utilizing advanced detection technologies to reduce risk, minimize Mean Time to Remediate (MTTR), and enhance protection across various environments- Apply reverse engineering techniques to analyze malware, staying proactive against emerging cybersecurity threats- Write and optimize regular expressions (regex) in languages such as KQL, SPL, and others to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of alerting rules- Ensure proper functionality of security technologies, verifying data parsing and addressing issues related to Silent Log Sources.
