ABOUT NATHAN LAWER-YOLAR
I\'m a Program Manager and Systems Analyst with a passion for driving impactful solutions at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and creative expression. With extensive experience at Amazon, WVU Medicine, and PwC, I’ve led cross-functional teams, spearheaded process optimizations, and executed data-driven initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in savings, improved operational efficiency, and better decision-making. Beyond my corporate work, I co-founded Arrived Creative Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Black and Brown artists through exhibitions, workshops, and creative retreats. Through this role, I’ve cultivated my skills in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and community building. I am driven by a mission to create spaces where creativity thrives, and I’m always looking for ways to merge my technical skills with my love for the arts. At the core of everything I do is a desire to help organizations streamline their processes, make data-driven decisions, and foster diverse and inclusive communities.
