Joined Amazon Finance Automation within Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF).• Led initiatives for Amazon Marketing Performance System, a centralized budgeting application meant to streamline budgeting and deliver intelligent spending insights, scaling to serve many orgs across the Amazon ecosystem.• Designed foundational features and functionality including Purchase Orders, Paid Media Orders, Budget Transfers, Approvals, and Historical Reporting, as well as implementing new common pattern data grids that employ search, sorting, and filtering to make data more malleable for users.• Conducted a large-scale generative and attitudinal user research project across numerous Amazon financial orgs. Along with a design audit and comparative/competitive analysis, the findings of this research effort will shape the way in which AMPS scales for years to come.
