My commercial litigation practice spans lawsuits for breach of contract to those for trademark infringement, defamation, commercial lease enforcement, and business divorces as well as myriad other topics. Just as form follows function, litigation strategy must follow my client\'s goals. A litigation death-match out of principle does more harm than good.
