For more than 30 years, Transform Wealth (previously Carnick & Kubik) has served as a resource for many local and national media outlets, including CBS, Fox, NBC, and MSNBC along with nationally recognized publications including Barron’s, Money, Worth, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.After moving to Colorado and upon completing a MBA at Daniels College at the University of Denver in 2007, Nathan and his business partner (his brother, David) began the efforts of launching a full service financial firm in Denver. In 2011, they acquired Carnick & Company, an extremely well respected and recognized Colorado Springs investment advisory firm. The mission of Carnick & Kubik is and always has been to provide best in class financial planning and investment management services to investors while minimizing the conflicts of interest so prevalent in the industry.Previously, Nathan spent time in the private equity industry and also worked at Consulting Group, the institutional investment advisory arm of Smith Barney. More recently, he was a partner at a boutique investment banking and investor relations firm in Chicago. His expertise within a broad range of investment types along with his background of running an investment firm made the investment advisory space an optimal place to focus on. Throughout the last years with Transform Wealth, Nathan has been thrilled with the investment strategies, technology platforms, staff and the fiduciary standard that the company has built and continues to cultivate.
