ABOUT NATHAN KIERGAARD
I am a Nutrition major at the University of Minnesota, specializing in Dietetics, with a strong interest in sports performance nutrition and athlete health. I currently support the Golden Gophers Football and Men’s Basketball programs, where I assist in fueling strategies and performance-based nutrition planning. In addition, I work as a Protective Agent with Chase Security, strengthening my skills in communication, situational awareness, and team coordination.I am motivated to continue growing in the sports nutrition field and am always looking to connect with professionals, mentors, and peers who share a passion for performance, health, and human physiology.
