Programme Manager of a Digital Transformation programme supported by investment from the European Regional Development Fund. Delivering business support to digital and non-digital SMEs in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, helping them to achieve their growth potential.Using one of the leading digital transformation frameworks from Ionology we take businesses on a four-stage client journey. We first identify how they are viewed in the digital economy by assessing their digital footprint and punching power, then identify their current digital capabilities and support them in developing a digital business strategy of where they would like to be. Armed with this knowledge and plan we then help businesses test the market through proof of concepts, design prototypes and develop minimum viable products to bring the plans to life and realise their transformation strategies.
