I spent 21 years in Army Special Operations, from 2nd Ranger Battalion through a special mission unit, building and leading teams in the most demanding environments in the world. The job was always the same: take an ambiguous problem, build the system to solve it, and execute without losing people along the way.Since transitioning, I have taken that same operating model into the technology and defense sector. As EVP at Precision Integrated Programs, I built the business development infrastructure from scratch and contributed to a substantial contract portfolio. Today I manage enterprise IT operations across 38 personnel, 7 sites, and 30+ systems with a single focus: operational readiness, every day.I hold a TS/SCI clearance and completed my Executive MBA at UNLV in 2025.What I am moving toward: executive and operating roles where the work is real, the standard is high, and building something durable matters.    Lead IT operations for a DoD flight test program managing 38 personnel across 7 sites and 30+ systems across 16 locations.Designed and implemented a program management framework from scratch: standardized reporting cadences, site-level accountability structures, and a unified dashboard providing real-time visibility into system availability, personnel readiness, and spend.Shifted the operation from reactive to proactive by surfacing problems through data before they became mission failures.
