I have experienced a vast array of industrial sectors and corporate structures and provide advice to directors, shareholders, banks, asset based lenders and other advisors to businesses where there are signs of under-performance or distress. I am focused on delivering innovative but workable solutions to businesses. Solutions that ultimately benefit all stakeholders. I believe that businesses, their stake-holders and advisors are entitled to the best advice and should have access to a trusted advisor at what is often an extremely difficult time for a business and its management. The solutions I implement often avoid the need to proceed in to a formal insolvency process.
