I work at the intersection of regulation, market structure, and institution-building, with a focus on designing and operating regulated markets that can launch quickly, withstand scrutiny, and scale.At Gemini, I built and scaled the firm’s global market surveillance program and serve as Chief Regulatory Officer of Gemini Titan LLC, a CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market (DCM). I was one of the primary architects of the Titan DCM, led the end-to-end regulatory demo, and serve as the primary interface with the CFTC. The exchange went from initial filing to designation and live trading in under a year.Titan supports 24/7 trading and intermediated access and was designed to enable novel, regulated prediction markets while meeting the full operational and regulatory requirements of a DCM.Previously, I was a regulator at the National Futures Association, where I led forensic audits of CFTC- and NFA-registered firms.My focus is on translating regulatory requirements into durable market infrastructure—building markets, trade surveillance programs, and governance that can stand up to scrutiny on day one and scale over time.
