Currently Lead Delivery Manager for a first of it\'s kind technology implementation in the Building Warranty market covering a full-scale, end-to-end platform transformation- Previously Lead Delivery Manager for a greenfield EIS core-platform implementation (first of its kind in Europe): organized ways of working across 10+ squads, planned incremental releases, and managed delivery health via velocity trends, testing effectiveness, and risk/issue tracking- Drove Target Operating Model design for a digital-first claims organization (ops & customer-facing teams, embedded change squads, analytics hub) and partnered with the C‑suite on OKRs and benefits tracking against the business case- Led migration of 250k+ claims to the new platform and decommissioned legacy, coordinating business readiness and cutover plans in a regulated environment- Implemented a plug-and-play delivery reporting model integrated with the client’s program tooling to provide a single source of truth on squad performance, release timelines, cost, and delivery risks- Managed a global team (UK, India, Poland, Cyprus) of 30+ to deliver migration/archiving solutions, and concurrently oversaw a multi-squad program for a warranty insurer (EY revenue £18m) reporting directly to the CTO- Recognition: MCA Awards – Technology Transformation (2023); EY EMEIA FSO Innovator of the Year (2023)
