Helped commence the planning stages with a Scope of Work that was initially put together after identifying defects on the plant and the maintenance schedule’s parts of the plant.Found solutions of what should be brought into scope, removed from scope and what packages of work can move from Outage to Outage after carrying out walk-downs of our designated plant areas and in discussion with the System Engineers.Placing work packages into more efficient plans and through e-meetings, resource, scope control, and planning meetings. Carrying out the role of Outage Planner and Island Project Manager during RFO’s & IRFO’s Aligning resources that feed into Ops, Signing-off quality plans to return the off-load unit to service and control the plan with updates. Coordinating both pre-outage tasks in readiness for each outage and post-outage tasks.Confirming that all work packages were completed and returned to the plant to run for a 3-year licensing period.
