As a Pool and Beach Attendant at Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles since October 2024, I am responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment. My duties include setting up and maintaining lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and other beach and poolside amenities to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere. I assist guests with seating, provide information about resort services, and respond promptly to requests to enhance their overall experience. I also support team operations by maintaining cleanliness in the pool and beach areas, monitoring guest safety, and ensuring compliance with resort policies and safety standards. This role has strengthened my ability to work efficiently in high-paced, guest-focused settings while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
