They are the backbone of the Army\'s support and sustainment structure, providing advanced mobility on and off the battlefield. The first-line supervisor in an enlisted individual\'s chain of command, that’s responsible for the daily activities that an individual performs, to include any career-mandated training. The ultimate coach who mentors, and trains individuals for successful careers.
