Supported The Warehouse Group with all necessary backend services to enable the business to focus on their core activities. Provided Procurement/system support through the non trade procurement system, Coupa, to the Group. Accountable for driving best practice service and cost synergies related to all procurement services. Ensured that the procurement system is maintained for smooth running of day to day business and it meets internal Team Member requirements. Encompassed being the first point of contact for all procurement system related queries and was involved in regular interaction with suppliers and internal Team Members. Liaised between suppliers and internal users to rectify any order issues. Trained internal users and suppliers on proper use of Coupa. Maintained the third party warehouse relationship and ensured all cross dock, stock orders go through to stores smoothly. Liaised with accounts payable to resolve any match exceptions. Worked with suppliers to ensure Group rates are provided for all goods and services. Assisted Team Members in raising Requisitions/Purchase Orders - Ensured that the Requisitions followed the appropriate approval chain (Ensured that DFA protocols were met). Identified and resolved issues in supplier invoicing; ie duplicate invoices, queried higher invoiced amounts when compared to Purchase Order amounts etc.
