At Designit I am responsible for the harmonisation of business operations for six studios and circa 200 individuals, transitioning the business from siloed and independent systems and processes into a collaborative and collective capability that can make informed business decisions with better quality data and insight. I am changing the business to one that is focused on revenue, margin, and utilisation without sacrificing the quality of our creative work and the overall employee experience. I am also leading the integration into Wipro our parent company and I am the global interlock into our APMEA and NA regions.
