About Nathan Evans

As a student at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business, I have participated in multiple case competitions, sponsored by Russell Investments and 3M which focused on real-world problems such as providing STEM programs to the youth of underserved communities and ethical business decisions regarding a multi-national company divesting their Russian-based subsidiary. Within the Foster School of Business, I also partook in the competitive admitting Business Bridge program, a 4-week professionalism, and leadership class designed to teach students the necessities of the business world. Throughout this program, I was able to network with multiple companies, including EY, PwC, KPMG, J.P. Morgan Chase, Deloitte Consulting, West Monroe Partners, Bain Consulting, and Moss Adams. I also participated as a CBS Launch Intern at Ernst & Young over the summer of 2024. I contributed to audit planning, execution, and completion for various clients, ensuring regulatory compliance. I developed technical skills using Excel, SAP, and EY-specific software for data analysis and reporting. Working closely with team members and mentors, I honed collaboration and time management skills under tight deadlines. Additionally, I supported client interactions by preparing materials, documenting discussions, and managing follow-up action items, gaining insight into professional communication and client relationship management. I graduated through the IB Career Path Program in high school and participated in DECA for two years, including winning Internationals for the Independent Business Plan and designing a business to simplify services to less-abled families. I have worked two jobs at Arena Sports and Aldarra Golf Club, which taught me Leadership, problem-solving, Teamwork, Time Management, Customer Service, and Networking skills. In my free time, I enjoy playing piano, which I have been doing for over 12 years
