About Nathan Dykstra
I joined the actuarial profession in 2013 after completing a degree in applied math. From an early age, I always enjoyed problem solving and mathematics and the variety of ways that statistics and actuarial science can be used to solve complex real-world problems.My primary experience is in the field of insurance ratemaking. After spending over a decade in a increasingly responsible pricing roles at two large insurance companies, I joined Pinnacle as a consulting actuary. In this position, I leverage my experience in both personal and commercial lines of business to help our clients set appropriate rates as well as navigate complex regulatory environments.
