I am a Director and specialist Solicitor practising within the Education Law Department at HCB I have extensive experience of assisting clients on a number of complex Education Law issues. I am able to assist parents of children, education professionals and academic institutions with a variety of cases which often include:• Special Educational Needs Tribunal Appeals • Professional Misconduct Hearings for Education Professionals • Judicial Review • Complex Social Care Cases • Disability Discrimination• School Transport IssuesI work closely with a number of specialist schools and colleges across the UK. I have also built links with independent charities and support groups for parents, often providing informative seminars and talks to parents and carers of children with special needs, in particular.
