ABOUT NATHAN DANIELSON
I am a partner with Bose McKinney & Evans, LLP and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights, Financial Services, and Litigation Groups. I represent clients in a variety of business, banking, and litigation matters, with a focus on loan workouts, collections, foreclosures, real estate and title issues, receiverships, commercial contract enforcement, landlord-tenant disputes, and bankruptcy proceedings.
