I am a law professor and a practicing attorney. I have advised individuals and entities, including major law firms, on matters of contract law, legal ethics and professional responsibility and I have lectured throughout the world on these subjects. I frequently serve as expert witness or consultant.I concentrate in the areas of professional responsibility and contract law.I have been a member of the South Carolina Bar Ethics Advisory Committee for more than 20 years and served as chair of the Committee from 20••••03. I have been associate dean of the USC Law School from 19••••92 and director of its Center on the Legal Profession from I have held visiting appointments and lectureships at Arkansas (Little Rock), Florida State, Hastings, Indiana (Indianapolis), Luiss (Rome), Scuola Superiore Santa\'Anna (Pisa), Suffolk, Sydney (Parsons Visiting Scholar), Nankai University, Tianjin, China.I HAVE CREATED MY LINKEDIN PROFILE FOR THE PURPOSE OF KEEPING CONTACTS WITH THE PEOPLE THAT I KNOW.
