As Group Director, my role spans 3 distinct areas:1. Responsible to the US board for overseeing our ever growing 1.5 million sq ft of commercial portfolio2. Acquisition and disposals of land and buildings and portfolio overview3. Leading on high profile regneraation projects.Here’s a glimpse of some of the award-winning schemes I’m lucky enough to be involved in - ROYAL WILLIAM YARD in PlymouthThis exciting mixed-use neighbourhood is situated on a 15-acre historic military site, with its own marina & dramatic views across the Sound. DUNLOP in BirminghamThe architectural icon has been transformed into sq ft of commercial space, as well as an adjacent in BirminghamThe reinvention of the iconic Rotunda as contemporary apartments, each with their own slice of city centre view. POT PARK in SalfordA community of houses that turns the concept of the terrace upside LOOP in BirminghamWith our partners – PfP, the Canal and River Trust & Birmingham City Council, we’re delivering a new canalside neighbourhood. I led the acquisition by US & ISLINGTON in ManchesterThe transformation of the notorious Cardroom Estate into one of the city’s coolest communities, filled with homes, workspaces, amenities, green space, canals & its own RIVERSIDE in ManchesterIrwell offers riverside living within acres of landscaping, with fantastic views, gardens and parking, within walking distance of the city
