ABOUT NATHAN CHING
Nathan is a third-year J.D. candidate at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and an HBA recipient in Sociolegal Studies and Public Policy at the University of Toronto, hoping to bring his keen eye for creative angles, public policymaking, and legal advocacy to the world at large. During law school, Nathan has built up his advocacy and research skills through numerous internships. He has recently completed a research experience at the Ontario Court of Justice, where he drafted legal memoranda for various justices. Nathan spent his 2L Summer at the Ministry of the Attorney General, which exposed him to diverse litigation and solicitor experiences, including legislative advising, small-claims court appearances, class action damages assessment, and privacy judicial review matters. Nathan is an incoming articling student at Rogers Partners LLP, a leading Toronto insurance defence firm.
