I occupy a very influential roll in assisting the office with collecting, and recording, discovery responses as it pertains to the plaintiffs case. Some examples of cases I have been involved with are workman\'s compensation and medical malpractice cases. My position requires me to read through files of these plaintiffs responses so that the attorneys of the office may begin to build a substantial case. I also make phone calls with the plaintiffs to develop a personal connection while collecting more information for their case. I also sit in depositions and take notes to go back and review with the attorneys of the office so they can focus better within the depositions.

ABOUT NATHAN BURKETT
I am a Senior studying Sociology and Criminology at John Carroll with a concentration in Criminology, Law and Justice. I am also majoring in Political Science. In addition, I am minoring in Peace Justice and Human Rights and Law and Society. I am working towards a Bachelors of Arts and Sciences and once that is accomplished I have plans to go to law school.
