   400MM project for Novo Nordisk to engineer, procure, and manage construction for two Aseptic Production (AP) Buildings as part of an overall Novo $4.1B expansion of its manufacturing campus in Clayton, Johnston County, North Carolina which represents the largest life sciences capital investment in the state’s history. The project involves construction of a second large scale aseptic fill and finish and finished product manufacturing facility, significantly expanding the company’s U.S. production capacity for injectable medicines.Senior Construction Manager responsible for all construction execution activities over Jacob’s entire scope of work for the project. Led construction execution of a $400MM fill-finish manufacturing expansion, overseeing multiple EPC partners, 450+ peak craft workers, and phased turnover. Directed site safety strategy resulting in 700K+ work hours with zero recordable incidents. Managed master schedule (Primavera P6) across all systems, utilities, cleanrooms, and commissioning milestones. Drove resequencing schedule to align with client equipment vendor timelines through resequencing and trade stacking to facilitate early equipment installations and commissioning efforts.
