I am a self-motivated, results-driven professional currently employed as a Regional Manager with Bastian Solutions in Philadelphia, PA. I am responsible for managing Bastian’s northeast regional sales office, focusing on designing and selling material handling equipment and systems to enhance companies’ supply chains. Innovative solutions include material handling and automation technologies as well as robotics, goods-to-person technologies, software, and controls.My previous employment was with Bastian Solutions’ Consulting Division, executing engineering consulting engagements to enhance companies’ supply chains. I performed detailed research and data analysis, material handling system design, and computer simulation to present strategic recommendations. Prior to Bastian Solutions, I was employed in the warehousing and logistics industry. I was responsible for developing innovative and strategic solutions and empowering a continuous improvement culture for clients. I drove continuous improvement efforts through design, recommendation, and implementation of solutions to reduce waste and improve performance across supply chains. Areas of expertise included continual improvement, solution design, new and existing business pricing solutions, new and existing client contract implementation, and advanced quality planning.My skills include managing multiple global projects within timelines, through expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing with functional engineering and Lean principles.
