I provide onsite and remote IT technical support for hundreds of staff and attorney’s daily. This includes hardware (printers, laptops, desktops and peripherals) and software installations. In addition to the day to day troubleshooting, I set up and conduct video conferences for users. Lastly, I use active directory and administration consoles to manage user accounts. IT Support Analyst September 2018 – October 2018 Reimaged and installed the company image on standby laptops to insure they are ready for user deployment. Conducted office moves and desk moves in a timely manner. Set up video conferences and meetings for attorneys and staff daily. Processed and resolved problem tickets using the Change Gear ticketing system.
