About Nathan Blazon-Brown

I Possess 7 years of Industry experience in a GxP setting, and an additional 2 Years of Academic Research experience.Through my previous Research Lab positions and supplementary course work I am well versed in many standard laboratory techniques, and consider myself a quick learner of new methods.Currently I am the SME for Purity methods for AAV based products commercial, through preclinical. I have contributed to the analytical sections of the BLA for a now approved product, assisted in FDA PAI Audit readiness I designed and represented our Drug Product Inventory system as its SME during said Audit. I perform development work on Protein Quantification Assays, Purity methods for AAV Drug Product, and manage the testing of AD samples for my department. I also develop automated workflows for analysis and data trending for my department.Post graduation I spent a year working for Toxikon, a pre-clinical CRO in a GxP environment. I then spent a year in the Yuki Lab at Boston Childrens Hospital studying Volatile Anesthetics effects on B2 Integrins, and Sepsis and was a contributing author on two papers as a Research Associate.I have also been employed in an Undergraduate academic research settings (2yrs).
